If you can provide your salesforce with the projects in their marketplace, and they can tell you 4 simple pieces of information:

- The estimated order value
- The estimated order due date
- The estimated chance of winning the order
- Who wins the order, if you don’t

You would know:

- Your Projected Sales - by Region and Month
- Your efficiency and success rates
- The size and distribution of your marketplace
- Your market share - and your competitors!
- The kind of prospects you are most likely to win!
